1. What the App Does

AI Humanizer is an AI-powered writing tool that transforms AI-generated text into natural, human-sounding content. The App uses artificial intelligence to rephrase, rewrite, and enhance text submitted by users.

2. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

We collect the following depending on how you sign in:

• Email & Password: Your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Sign in with Apple: Your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email). We never receive your Apple password.
• Sign in with Google: Your name, email address, and profile photo. We never receive your Google password.

This data is used only to create your account, verify your identity, and give you access to the App.

b) Text You Submit for Processing

When you use the AI humanization feature, the text you enter is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Important details:

• Your text is processed in real time and not stored on our servers after the result is returned.
• We do not use your submitted text to train AI models.
• AI outputs are delivered directly to your device and are not linked to your account or identity.

c) Subscription Information

We offer monthly and yearly premium subscriptions. All billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

• We never collect or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or any financial data.
• We only receive your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) to unlock or restrict premium features.

d) Analytics & Diagnostics

We collect anonymous, non-identifiable data to improve app performance:

• Device type and operating system version
• App crash logs and error reports
• General usage patterns (e.g., feature usage frequency)

This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the App's core AI humanization features
• Authenticate and secure your account
• Manage your subscription access
• Improve app stability and performance
• Respond to support inquiries

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

5. Data Storage & Security

• All cloud data is stored via Google Firebase with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
• Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 for Google and Apple sign-in.
• The App communicates with all servers over HTTPS only.
• AI-submitted text is not retained after processing.

No system is 100% secure. While we implement strong protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Premium features are available via monthly or yearly subscription plans. All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device settings:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

• We will process your request within 30 days

Please note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your device settings before requesting account deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

AI Humanizer is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Data portability — request a copy of your data
